As a Relationship and Dating Coach, I have more female clients of 40+ asking me about 'how to date' than anything else. That's in part because there are more singletons than ever in the UK of 40+ but also because the 'rules of engagement' dating wise have changed drastically in the last decade, and as we all know just from wandering along supermarket aisles, being spoilt for choice can often make for a bewildering prospect!
